This week, John Friess, the executive director of Starveups, invited me to test drive the new electric three-wheel prototype from Arcimoto. I found the vehicle to be fast, sleek, and easy to park. But, what I appreciated most about the experience was that the Arcimoto team took the time to interview each driver about the pros and cons of their product.
Take some time this week to survey your tribe. Are you offerings presented in ways that work for your audience? Could you offer products tailored to your target market with more efficiency? You won’t know until you ask. So, pick up the phone, or create an online survey, and ask a viable sample population both what is working for them, and what could be better.
