Eating healthy at work in the midst of a busy day is often times harder than it seems. We’ve all had those days where we hit the ground running out the door coffee in hand, skip breakfast, and manage to work straight through lunch, and crash into a plate of something quick and easy for dinner.
This may be sustainable for a day, or a few, but to push through on a regular basis takes a major toll on our blood sugar, energy levels, mental clarity, sleep and ultimately our business suffers.
It doesn’t take hours of prep work, or require lengthy lunch breaks to get ourselves back on track. What is takes is the recognition that something needs to change, the desire to make that change and a few simple steps to remember the basics.
