There is a felt sense of intolerance in the air these days.
From the protests at Standing Rock, to governments retraction of civil liberties, there is a palpable tension and an understandable sorrow.
Rachel, and I felt it this week during a business meeting in which one of the participants was outwardly aggressive.
I would ask you to take a moment as a business owner to reflect on the fact that, in any given interaction, you have the opportunity to either make someone’s day better, or leave them feeling awful.
I would like to share with you a few valuable techniques that can help you find the perfect balance of gentle firmness, allowing for kindness with every interaction, without you feeling walked on.
