We are facing uncertain times around the globe. This decrease in stability really begins and ends with one concept: FEAR!
I encourage you to meditate, pray, reach out to your communities this week, but I also encourage you to take one step further.
Watch the video above, and join me this week as we help ourselves, and others, experience fearlessness.
Together is Better,
Jason

Thanks Jason. that is a novel idea. one I’ve been doing also is to reach out to all people everywhere- in my 24 hour fitness gym, in the grocery store, gas convenience stores, in locker rooms, etc. and just ask people how they are doing after the election.? And, i am just being nicer with myself and with others. Big smiles, big thank yous. I feel we are all a bit mistrustful of each other so I keep asking how can i build this trust again? I also had a dream last night about talking to President elect Trump and I told him to keep up the calm reasonable voice he used in the “60 minutes” TV interview I watched last night. 🙂

Barbara,
– Love that you are reaching out right now to all walks of life. So many people feel alone. Thank you!

Wow ! That is the first truly considerate suggestion I have heard of any kind since the election happened.
From the beginning of all this my thinking was two sides, same coin. I didn’t see a difference between the candidates even though they were speaking different words. I too sense a wealth of fear; money just being a mask for that on all sides; “the haves” and “the have nots”. The illusion that Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton is the problem , when fear is really what is what we need to see and love, what we need to be and do.
Fear is the ultimate trickster too. It is a master at making us all look in every direction except where fear lives….inside us.
I am responsible for wanting more time, energy and even money too. And I am also responsible for not asking for what I need to receive from others. I think this is a human issue for all of us to look and be caring to ourselves AND each other.
I have a meeting with a client this morning and after hearing you I have turned my attention around in a different direction, away from fear or lack of not enough time, energy or money and wondering how I can give and receive the wealth of life energy available to me this morning; to open to belonging, love, care, wellbeing… and show up for my meeting from that place. Sounds rich. Thanks Jason.
