We’ve all done it: You get an email, do a bit of research, respond, and BOOM your client is happy.
What happens when you get bigger, and you have not hundreds of clients sending you email or text messages?
You love what you do, but answering all these emails can really start to drain your time and energy, which can begin to cause resentfulness. You do not want to work for free.
15-20 minutes is one thing, but I’ve had many clients report spending several hours each week answering patient requests.
Well, the answer is to charge for your time (all of it) and there are two ways to do this.
Monday Mindfulness
Consider one of these two options:
1. The Apple Care Model – Just give an option for VIP clients to add on additional support. I think you may be surprised by how many clients say yes to this added benefit.
2. The Bed and Breakfast model – Just like breakfast is included in the cost of your stay, you can add in the email/text support to the price of your service. Some people will use it a lot, while others may not use it at all, the bottom line – You’ll get paid for your time!
Thanks, Jason…
Love your Bed and Breakfast model for my business!
Great to visit your site.
And definitely appreciate your Monday Morning Minutes.
Sherry,
Thanks so much for the read and the comment.

Jason
