Imperfection is the destruction of creation.
Or, in the words of Wayne Gretzky, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
But, as a business owner, what can you do when you feel like you are in a space of creating imperfect content? How can you send copy, video, visual content out to the masses when it isn’t exactly the way you envisioned it before you started? The answer to this is both incredibly simple, and very difficult.
The easy part – Create and share so that your message, or work, can impact others even in its imperfection.
The hard part – You have to let go of the way you think it should be, so that you can share what is. You have to get comfortable with the fact that humans are imperfect creatures, ALL of us.
The bottom line is that what you create will reach and speak to your audience if, and only if, you are willing to peel back a layer and share your business in all its glory and all its imperfection.

Thank you so much Jason, this was exactly what I needed these days.
I’ve been fighting with a subconscious block, a mixture of “I’m not good enough” and “There’s not enough time” for all of my life. I’m collecting arguments to finally erase that silly stuff from my subconscious.

@Ursula – Here’s to new arguments about how we are both good enough 🙂

Jason, thanks for the this “M-m-m” . I could include more but I have to just get this thank you out to you to share my message in all it’s imperfections.
Translated simply – the depression and imperfection videos have been so timely.
Thanks again for all your support,’
