Resolutions can be frustrating.
We’ve all been conditioned to think of the new year as a clean slate, with limitless possibilities. But, part of you wonders why it’s so damn hard to stick to a simple resolution.
You’re not afraid to work hard, but it just feels like an upward battle to achieve your goals.
And, you are beginning to wonder if it’s better to just not set goals.
Don’t give up! This really can be an amazing year for you.
After working with hundreds of people, I’ve found that there are FOUR reasons that people fail to achieve their goals.
Lets break it down into actionable steps:
- Identify any sacred contracts you’ve made that are blocking you
- Create a centering/grounding practice daily that works for you
- Use Metrics as a way to see if you are on or off your path
- Select the accountability and support that will give you momentum
If you are like most business owners, you address some of the above, but not all of it.
