Hello from the Oregon Coast.
This week, Rachel and I were invited to enjoy a few nights away in an airBnB as a gift from a friend, and past client of mine.
This act of kindness reminds me of how fans and loyal customers are built in the business world.
Think about that little extra touch that you can add to your product, or service, that makes you stand out. You’d be surprised how a little custom appreciation goes a long way!
